About the Course

This 14-part series is an information-rich map for living inside a body that doesn’t always play by the rules. Drawing from fascia research, lived experience of connective tissue disorders, and trauma-aware care practices, this course connects the dots between EDS, POTS, MCAS, and the nervous system. Each lesson blends science, story, and strategy so you can recognize patterns, pace with compassion, and build a toolkit that works in the real world.

I set up this program to be free and accessible. Everything you need to help yourself move forward after diagnosis is right here as part of my obligation to this community.
