Her husband, Dr. Darren Cambridge, serves as Managing Director of the NSF- and NIST-funded Institute for Trustworthy AI in Law & Society (TRAILS) at Maryland University. The institute’s mission- to integrate ethics, human rights, and community participation into AI development- closely parallels the values explored throughout this course.
